Our three-year-old did this, and the teens!
Simply dip 5 different toilet paper rolls in poster paints...
And make an Olympic flag!
We used a sheet of white printer paper cut in four pieces, then tried to laminate them.
Patience would have been good here; we were too excited to let these dry before running them through the laminator... Oh well...
Finally we used tape to attach a chopstick to the back of each, to make a little flag!
Now it's time to watch Cool Runnings!
